Dawn Mthombeni has over 20 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry and has consistently displayed the passion, vision, and dedication necessary to be successful in business. Currently, she is the Chief Risk Officer for the Absa Group. Previously, she was a Chief Operating Officer and Head: Solutions for Enterprise and Supply Development (ESD) at Barclays Africa Group. Her vision is to contribute positively to the growth of small businesses. Recognized for her diligence, she has been a great leader throughout her career as an Executive and successfully led different teams to reach various milestones. Dawn earned a Master’s of Business Administration degree and a Doctorate Degree in Strategic Focus.
In addition to the Development Manager role he fulfils in Abheka Investments he is also an experienced Development Manager with Abland Pty (Ltd) with over 15 years of experience. He also serves as a director on the board of the AGF.
Holds a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning and also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration through Wits Business School. She has over 10 years working experience in the policy development and social infrastructure implementation space in the public sector. She is the Managing Director of the AGF.
Kululwa Muthwa is a qualified Attorney with over 18 years working experience in the Built Environment. She has acquired extensive exposure in Property, Asset, Project and Development Management as well as Legal aspects relating to these fields. With her passion for property and people development she also provides practical training in Construction Contracts. She was part of the Newtown Precinct regeneration and managed development projects such as the Newtown Junction which is one of the largest investments in the Johannesburg CBD in recent years.
